Agreement to these terms

Welcome to Gotowed.

Gotowed is a wedding website creation service and a product of Xorphic. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, making a payment or using a Gotowed wedding website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Our service

Gotowed creates and provides digital wedding websites and related digital wedding experiences for couples.

Depending on the package purchased, the service may include features such as:

• Wedding website pages.
• Wedding countdowns.
• Wedding venue and map sections.
• Photo galleries.
• Love story and timeline sections.
• Memories sections.
• Digital blessing walls.
• Digital Shagun features.
• Personalized guest experiences.
• Anniversary or time-capsule features.

The exact features available to you depend on the package purchased and any additional services agreed between you and Gotowed.

Packages & pricing

Gotowed offers different service packages. The features and pricing applicable to your order will be the package and price communicated to you at the time of purchase or confirmed by Gotowed.

Prices may change for future orders. The price applicable to an order already confirmed by Gotowed will not change merely because the public website is subsequently updated.

Payment

Payment must be made through the payment method made available or communicated by Gotowed.

An order may not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

Where applicable, taxes, payment processing charges or other mandatory charges will be communicated before payment or reflected in the applicable invoice.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Your responsibilities

To allow us to create your website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate wedding details.
• Providing correct names and dates.
• Providing correct venue and event information.
• Providing photographs and other content in a usable format.
• Reviewing the website and identifying errors before final approval.
• Responding to reasonable requests for information required to complete the project.

Gotowed is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Photographs & customer content

You retain ownership of photographs, text, videos, names, stories and other content that you provide to Gotowed, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By providing content to us, you grant Gotowed a limited, non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, modify, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the services you have requested.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or authorization to provide content belonging to other people.

Unless separately agreed or authorized, Gotowed will not use your private wedding photographs as promotional material.

Revisions & changes

Our packages may include reasonable customization and revisions according to the scope of the selected package.

Small changes such as correcting names, dates, text or replacing photographs supplied by you may generally be accommodated within the agreed project scope.

Requests that substantially change the design, structure, functionality or scope of the website may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

We will communicate any additional charges before carrying out substantial additional work.

Delivery & website launch

We aim to complete websites within the timeframe communicated for your project.

Delivery timelines can depend on:

• The package selected.
• The complexity of customization.
• How quickly required content is provided.
• Number of revisions.
• Customer approvals.
• Technical or third-party service dependencies.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals or late customer responses may extend the expected delivery date.

Hosting & availability

Where hosting is included in your package, Gotowed may use third-party infrastructure providers to host or deliver your website.

We aim to keep wedding websites accessible and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, internet connectivity, security incidents, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may perform maintenance or updates where reasonably necessary to maintain the service.

Cancellation & refunds

Because Gotowed is a customized digital service, work may begin specifically for your wedding after an order is confirmed.

Cancellation and refund eligibility therefore depends on the stage of the project and the applicable law.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before meaningful work has started, Gotowed may consider a refund subject to any applicable payment processing costs and other amounts already incurred.

After work has started

Once design, development, customization or other substantial work has started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable to the extent permitted by applicable law, taking into account the work already completed and costs incurred.

Completed websites

Once the agreed website has been completed and delivered or made available to the customer, cancellation or refund requests will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

Gotowed and/or Xorphic retains ownership of its underlying software, code, templates, design systems, branding, graphics, animations, components, processes and other intellectual property used to provide the service.

Your purchase gives you the right to use the completed wedding website for the purposes and period agreed as part of your service.

Unless separately agreed in writing, purchasing a Gotowed website does not transfer ownership of Gotowed's source code, design system, internal tools or reusable components to the customer.

You retain ownership of the original personal content that you provide, subject to third-party rights.

Third-party services

Gotowed may rely on third-party services for hosting, domains, payment processing, maps, analytics, storage, messaging, media delivery and other functionality.

The availability and functionality of third-party services may change independently of Gotowed.

Where a third-party service is required for a specific feature, Gotowed cannot guarantee that the third party will maintain the same functionality, availability or pricing indefinitely.

Liability

We will take reasonable care in providing the Gotowed service.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gotowed will not be responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Unauthorized use of customer accounts or links.
• Third-party service outages.
• Internet or network failures.
• Events outside our reasonable control.
• Customer-provided content that infringes another person's rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a service where reasonably necessary due to serious breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, non-payment or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If a service is terminated because of a material breach by the customer, any refund will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the termination.

We may also discontinue or substantially modify a service in the future. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice to affected customers.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from the use of Gotowed or the purchase of its services should first be brought to our attention so that we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it directly.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Subject to applicable law, courts with appropriate jurisdiction in [INSERT CITY / STATE] may have jurisdiction over disputes concerning these Terms.

Changes to these terms
